Shipping & Returns

Delivery
   OKO Sales Limited normally ships within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 2-4 working days from the date of order placement.

   In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally ship within 7-10 days. OKO Sales Limited will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 10 days. OKO Sales Limited shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.

Shipping Charges
   Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight of the product including packaging, volumetric weight if applicable and necessary insurance coverage and handling charges. You can view the relevant shipping charges to your chosen destination easily by adding any product to your Shopping Cart, below the cart you will see a table of applicable shipping charges.

Tax Charges
   OKO Sales Limited is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number 82 3967 987. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

Guarantee
   All products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
   When returning goods, please state your full name and address and the Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA) you have been issued with to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.

   You must take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to OKO Sales Limited will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be charged to the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.

   Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by OKO Sales Limited and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.

   Non-stock or Special orders (i.e. those that are have been ordered specifically for you and can not be resold) cannot be cancelled.

   Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty.

Inspection/Return procedures
   Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify OKO Sales Limited promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify OKO Sales Limited within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of OKO Sales Limited. Customers are responsible for returning products to OKO Sales Limited at their own risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to OKO Sales Limited the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorisation (“RMA”) number from OKO Sales Limited by e-mailing enquiries@okosales.co.uk or calling +44 (0)121 356 6565. OKO Sales Limited shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to OKO Sales Limited in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA number clearly identified on the packaging.    Any product(s) returned to OKO Sales Limited shall become the property of OKO Sales Limited. If OKO Sales Limited determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, OKO Sales Limited reserves the right to charge Customer for the product(s). We will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
